We get an ever-increasing number of enquiries so PLEASE let us know as soon as possible if you decide to book us or someone else may get the date you want. If you think you'd like to book us but want a little more time to decide please ask for first refusal for the date you want.
Any dates showing "tbc" (to be confirmed) or "enquiry" are not definite bookings so may still be available.
Any dates not listed (or shown as "free") have no outstanding enquiries so should be available.
Bookings are considered to be confirmed on receipt of a deposit.
We operate a strict "first refusal" system so that no enquiry will be offered to a second party except on a second refusal basis etc. within the time limit given for the "first refusal" (4 weeks maximum).
PLEASE, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO BOOK US!! We don't mind if you prefer someone else - it's your choice after all - but PLEASE ring or email to tell us so we can free up the date for someone else.
If we have had no reply at all within one month following our response to an enquiry we must assume that you have chosen another band and will make this date free again.
If you have been given "first refusal" for a date we will always try to contact you to see if you have found someone else or are still deciding.
