Our job is to provide YOU with great entertainment. We are very experienced musicians and performers dedicated to making sure that YOU have a fantastic time. We love playing but it never feels better than when the dance floor is full and everyone is obviously enjoying themselves - so that's what we always aim to achieve. Famous Five Band's musicians have played at a great many weddings, parties and all sorts of functions in all sorts of venues so we know exactly what is needed to make your function go with a swing! For a very special occasion such as the Bride and Groom’s first dance we can even learn to play that special song for you. (1)
We have a professional sound and light system and the sense to play at the volume you like! We bring a large range of CD mixes to play as required e.g. before your event, whilst your guests are dining and between our own live music sets. We can also play your own CDs or tracks from your mp3 player. Our PA can be used for making speeches and special announcements.
We will always dress appropriately for your party or function. (2)
We cover most of the South East such as Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, East and West Sussex, Middlesex and also welcome enquiries from Kent, Bedfordshire, Essex, Dorset, Somerset, Gloucestershire and central London.

We carry the required Public Liability Insurance and our equipment is regularly safety-checked and labelled accordingly.
(1) assuming sufficient notice and that the arrangement is suitable for our line up, otherwise we are happy to play your special song on CD or mp3.
(2) Fancy dress parties may need enough notice and additional cost of costume hire for the band.
Very large events (e.g. over 500 guests) may need enough notice and additional cost of PA/lighting hire.
